All orders received by 3PM ET will be shipped within one business day. Business days are Monday through Friday, excluding holidays.
We are willing to ship to the continental 48 United States, Alaska, Hawaii, Puerto Rico, US Territories, and even internationally. While our shipping rates table is based on orders within the Lower 48, it is usually very effective for orders going to other destinations as well. We may use the US Postal Service for such orders, which takes a little longer (usually 2 or 3 extra days) and cannot be tracked, but typically requires no extra cost to you. In the unlikely event of unreasonably expensive shipping, we may cancel your order and refund your credit card. You are still welcome to call us at 800 272 4141 to make the transaction over the phone.

Shipping and Handling for Oversized Items
Paddles ship UPS Ground by default with a nominal shipping and handling charge of $20.00 within the 48 contiguous states. If you need your paddle sooner or it is headed elsewhere, please call 800 272 4141 or email store@wilderness-voyageurs.com before placing your order.
Whitewater kayaks will ship FedEx or DHL for FREE if they are headed to any of the 48 contiguous United States. Select UPS Ground at checkout to take advantage of this offer. Please contact us at 800 272 4141 or by email before placing your order if your boat is headed elsewhere. |
